Paneer Butter Masala Mix - 
Paneer is also known as cottage cheese is traditionally used in Indian cuisine which defines sumptuousness in a vegetarian feast. A north Indian fare most popular for its buttery onion tomato sauce.

Ingredients required:
1 Cup / 250g paneer, cut into 1” cubes
2 medium / 150g tomato puree
The Entire packet of Suhana Paneer Butter Masala Mix (50g)
½ Cup / 100 ml milk
3 tbsp / 45g butter
2 tbsp oil
1 Cup / 200ml water
For garnishing: 1 tbsp fresh cream



Steps:
- Make a paste of Suhana Paneer Butter Masala Mix and milk.
- Heat oil in a pan, add tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minutes or till oil oozes out.
- Add paste and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
- Add water, paneer and butter. Cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame or till gravy thickens.
- Garnish with fresh cream. Serve piping hot with rice or Indian breads such as parathas or naans.

Suhana Tip:
- You can use vegetables of your choice like French beans, carrots, green peas, cauliflower to make Vegetable Butter Masala.
- After Opening transfer contents into an airtight container.
- Store in Cool and Dry place.
